Psychodrama NYC

What is Psychodrama?
Psychodrama is an experiential method of psychotherapy that uses action, role-play, and guided enactment to explore a person’s inner world, relationships, and lived experiences. Through somatic experiences it allows participants insights by moving beyond just the cognitive to gain new perspectives and access deeper emotional truth.
Services

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a personalized, one-to-one space where the work is thoughtfully tailored to your unique history, needs, and goals. Together, we explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational difficulties, while building greater awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity.

Psychodrama Groups
Group therapy offers a relational space where individuals can explore personal challenges in the presence of others, with care, structure, and mutual respect. Grounded in the understanding that many of our wounds are formed within relationships, the group becomes a living environment in which healing also occurs through relationship—by experiencing new, corrective interactions that differ from those of the past.

Training
Trainings are offered for students and professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of Psychodrama and strengthen their skills as directors. These experiential, practice-based workshops go beyond theory, providing opportunities to actively learn core methods such as role reversal, doubling, mirroring, and sociometric interventions.
